Why the seating reaches outside

Architect Daisuke Motogi of DDAA gave the frontage places to linger rather than a grand hotel entrance: stepped benches use the slope, and ledges hold a coffee or beer. Custom-glazed green tiles from Tajimi continue from outside to inside. In compact rooms, ordinary melamine-faced furniture gathers functions and reduces the number of separate elements. The design makes particular sense for a traveller who wants the shared spaces and neighbourhood to do more of the social work, leaving the room mainly for sleep.

A social ground floor and a measured room

Coffee, beer and pizza connect all day place's guest rooms with the neighbourhood. For a day spent out in Shibuya, the 13 m² Medium Double is the starting option: one 140 cm-wide bed, a shower and a capacity of two. Two travellers spreading out large suitcases should look above that category. The 14.9 m² Medium Twin has two 110 cm-wide beds; the 21.4 m² Deluxe Twin has two 120 cm beds and more floor space.

Choose the bath or the bed arrangement

The 21.4 m² Group Twin accommodates four on two 160 cm-wide beds: it is a shared-bed arrangement, not four separate singles. For a bathtub, choose the 21.4 m² Styling Room or a suite. Styling pairs a 140 cm bed with a bath and shower. The 57.5 m² Party Suite has two 140 cm beds, a dining counter and projector, making it the stronger option for four people spending time together indoors. Extra beds are not available in ordinary rooms.

Choose the room and meals separately

Choose the bed arrangement and whether you need a bathtub first. If you plan to eat upstairs, compare a breakfast-inclusive plan with booking the room and meals separately. Compare the total for one room on the same dates, in the same category and with the same occupancy, including taxes, meals, payment and cancellation terms.

Choose the cheese, then the pizza

On the posted menu at GOOD CHEESE GOOD PIZZA upstairs, Margherita combines mozzarella, tomato and basil for ¥2,090. Salsiccia adds ricotta, sausage, onion and zucchini at ¥2,530. Choose a simple tomato-and-cheese starting point or the richer meat direction. Margherita plus a ¥715 coffee makes a tax-inclusive ¥2,805 food-and-drink subtotal, separate from the room.

Match breakfast and arrival

Breakfast runs 07:00–11:00, last order 10:30, with five plate choices and no pizza. Lunch starts at 11:30; dinner is 17:00–23:00, last order 22:00. Weekday dinner and weekend/holiday lunch or dinner require one drink per person; meal bookings carry 90-minute lunch or 120-minute dinner guidance. Coffee at ABOUT LIFE or a beer at Mikkeller downstairs is a different visit from a reserved meal upstairs. Hotel check-in is 15:00 and checkout 11:00, with a listed one-minute walk from B1 or five from JR Miyamasuzaka Exit.
