sequence MIYASHITA PARK
A park-connected hotel whose 17:00 check-in and 14:00 check-out reshape the day.
Storage-and-seating platforms connect bed and window, while the washbasin faces the room. The design gives time with the city view a place inside the room, continued by the park-level lobby and late checkout.
Visit fitFor keeping a room into the following afternoon. Compare booking terms or another hotel if early check-in is essential.
Its fourth-floor lobby joins the park above the shops, layering street, park and accommodation.
Window storage platforms and a washbasin near the bed shape the room. Two guests need Medium Double or above, or separate bunk beds, rather than the one-person Double.

sequence MIYASHITA PARK begins at a fourth-floor lobby and café level with the rooftop park. Room designer Puddle treats the window edge as an engawa: a platform for sitting and storage in double, twin and king rooms. In bunk rooms it joins the lower sleeping platform in an L-shape. Washbasins sit near beds, keeping everyday activity beside the view. The window is therefore somewhere to spend time, rather than only a backdrop.

Walking bands are computed by FOW on the OpenStreetMap surface street network at 80 m/min and drawn as a smoothed approximate area around the streets reached. They ignore exit positions, station interiors, underground passages, signals, slopes and routes inside buildings — not directions; follow on-site signs.

A shared double or separate beds
The 13.7㎡ Double has a 137 cm bed but a capacity of one. For two, start with the 16.3㎡ Medium Double and its 139 cm bed, or the 18.3㎡ Queen with a 150 cm bed; the 37.3㎡ King has a 180 cm bed. Friends can choose separate 97 cm beds: two in Bunk Bed 2 at 16.9㎡, four in Bunk Bed 4 at 30.5㎡, or six in Bunk Bed 6 at 40.6㎡. Bunk Bed 3 places one bunk and one separate single in 18.3㎡. Match area, occupancy and sleeping arrangement before the room name.
When a bathtub matters
Bunk, double and twin categories use shower booths. The hotel’s bathroom listing shows a tub with separate bath, washbasin and toilet areas for King and Junior Suite. Choose the category explicitly if a soak matters. The hotel FAQ states there is no gym, swimming pool or public bath; paid coin laundry is available. SOAK on 18F is a separate rooftop-terrace bar. The stay is better understood through its park connection and late checkout than through resort facilities.
Match the beds to your arrival
For a shared stay, compare the bed arrangement as well as the room’s capacity. The late checkout is useful if you spend the day out and return late. Once you have chosen your dates and room, compare the total per room, whether breakfast and taxes are included, and the payment and cancellation terms.
A breakfast that runs late
Fifth-floor TWELVE ON THE PARK serves 07:00–12:00, with last orders at 11:00. Its posted ¥3,300 breakfast combines a main, buffet and drink bar. Ricotta-pancake eggs Benedict comes with bacon or avocado; fruit pancakes take a sweeter direction. Other mains include omelette, butter chicken curry, a Japanese plate and baked ratatouille. The buffet includes bread, granola, fruit, vegetables and fresh GOOD CHEESE LABORATORY cheese. Pancakes are cooked to order and take about twenty minutes, so plan around restaurant last orders even with a late checkout.
Check in at 17:00, leave at 14:00
The usual 17:00 check-in and 14:00 checkout suit a late return and an unhurried departure. Reception can hold bags before and after the stay for collection that same day. Cleaning is every other day from the day after arrival. Payment is cashless: cards and specified QR methods, with no cash or transport IC. The hotel gives about three minutes from Shibuya B1 or seven from JR Hachiko Exit. When the park closes 23:00–08:00, use the North building’s ground-floor lift to the fourth-floor lobby.
