Bellustar Tokyo, a Pan Pacific Hotel
Rooms with wide windows, tables that frame different views, and Japanese ingredients and aromas in dining and spa: a high-rise stay chosen by the space you want to use.
Visit fitGuests spending time in their room and view · an east-side high-rise interior
In the same tower as Groove, Bellustar puts more emphasis on time in a high-rise room. Studio King is listed at 41–48 m² with 7 m-wide windows; direction, weather and booked category shape the view.
Compare Restaurant Bellustar’s window tables for two with four-person tables under pendants, then the bar’s window chairs and circular sofa. Seat direction and company change the room within the same panorama.

Bellustar puts more weight on time inside the room than Groove in the same Kabukicho tower. Studio King offers 41–48 m², a king bed, deep tub, rain shower and substantial wardrobe. For separate beds and more room, compare the 56 m² Studio Deluxe. The 59 m² Junior Corner Suite King makes the bathroom part of the city view. Those differences in beds, bathing and usable space tell you more about a stay than the shared description of seven-metre-wide windows.

How far to the station you will use every day
North-east of Seibu-Shinjuku Station, about 40 m in a straight line from the station point. It is inside the Tokyu Kabukicho Tower building. The shaded areas are about 5 and 10 minutes on foot from here.
Walking bands are computed by FOW on the OpenStreetMap surface street network at 80 m/min and drawn as a smoothed approximate area around the streets reached. They ignore exit positions, station interiors, underground passages, signals, slopes and routes inside buildings — not directions; follow on-site signs.

Match the design to the booked space
The five penthouses on 45–47F are the collaboration between Keiji Ashizawa and Norm Architects. Natural plaster and textile colours, wood, stone, Japanese tiles and acoustic panels work with carefully controlled glare; low Karimoku furniture gives people a place within the large window frame. If that interior is the reason to stay, book the relevant penthouse rather than assume it appears in an ordinary room. Kume Sekkei designed the lower guest rooms; Ashizawa designed the restaurant, bar and SPA sunya, giving day visitors another way to encounter his work.
A view shaped by the table
Restaurant Bellustar faces south through a three-level dining space. Window-side tables for two turn towards the panorama; four-person tables farther inside sit beneath bespoke pendants extending from the wall, making smaller territories within the large room. The east-facing bar distinguishes window-oriented lounge chairs from a circular sofa for company. At west-facing Teppan Ten-yu, a zigzag counter adjusts the relationship to both chef and skyline. Height is common to these venues; the arrangement of the seat makes the difference.
Experience the high-rise interior over a meal
Restaurant Bellustar builds French courses from Japanese ingredients. Its 2026 Tohoku × Time menu placed beet and lime with marinated tuna, fermented mushrooms with red seabream, and charcoal-grilled beef within a course about ageing and preparation. It shows time becoming a theme alongside provenance. A lunch-course budget is roughly ¥10,000–15,000 per person before drinks; check the menu and inclusions of the course you book. Lunch runs 12:00–15:00, last order 14:00.
A separate spa visit
SPA sunya on 47F also accepts non-staying visitors. Its 90-minute Precious Japanese Aromatherapy offers a choice of regional oils: Mizuo yuzu from Kyoto, Kyushu neroli, Hokkaido lavender, or a Toyama woodland blend. The treatment costs ¥40,480 including tax and service; bath options cost extra. Opening is 11:00–21:00, with final reception at 20:00, and under-12s cannot enter. Pregnancy, existing conditions and allergies need the spa’s pre-booking consultation. A meal or a treatment can therefore provide time in the high-rise interior without an overnight stay.
Starting prices for the room and view bath
The official room list gives nightly starts of ¥85,000 for Studio King,¥90,000 for the two-bed Studio Deluxe and ¥125,000 for Junior Corner Suite King. If the view bath drives the stay, compare that category’s price scale. The Ashizawa–Norm penthouses are separate rooms and are not priced by those starts. Actual rates vary with dates, guests and inclusions.
