Park Hyatt Tokyo reopened on 9 December 2025 after 19 months of work. Jouin Manku renewed rooms and public spaces while carrying forward John Morford’s original conception. A 55 m² Deluxe on floors 42–51 has a deep bath and daybed; the 85 m² Park Suite adds living and dining space. Dark furniture, green carpeting and Isamu Noguchi paper lamps set the city beyond the glass beside quieter interior materials. Choose by the time you expect to spend in the room, bath and sitting area as well as by floor area.

North-east of Hatsudai Station, about 600 m in a straight line from the station point. The mark is a verified point, not the entrance. The shaded areas are about 5 and 10 minutes on foot from here.

Walking bands are computed by FOW on the OpenStreetMap surface street network at 80 m/min and drawn as a smoothed approximate area around the streets reached. They ignore exit positions, station interiors, underground passages, signals, slopes and routes inside buildings — not directions; follow on-site signs.

An afternoon beneath bamboo and glass
You can visit the 41st-floor Peak Lounge without booking a bedroom. Bamboo and the glass atrium give afternoon tea its setting; budget in the low tens of thousands of yen per person including service. Check the selected menu and inclusions when booking, and leave time to enter on floor 2 and rise to 41 for the 12:00–17:00 tea service. It suits an afternoon indoors after a Chuo Park walk.
Give an evening drink its own plan
The evening Tokyo Prism combines sake, gin and IPA with yuzu pepper, lemon and soda. Its tax-inclusive ¥2,640 menu price becomes ¥3,036 with 15% service. Zero-proof cocktails at a tax-inclusive ¥2,200 become ¥2,530 with service, giving a non-alcoholic choice. Peak Bar starts at 17:00; both it and the 52nd-floor New York Bar admit ages 20 and over and do not take reservations. New York Bar’s ¥3,300 cover is additional to drinks. A tea course and a bar drink are different commitments of time and money.
Floors 45 and 47 for a stay
Club On The Park is for hotel guests and club members. The 20 m pool on 47F opens 06:00–22:00; the spa includes hot and cold baths, dry and steam saunas and rest areas. Spa-facility use is listed at ¥5,500 per person per day including rental wear, separate from treatments. Children 3–15 need adult accompaniment throughout; ages 3–12 may use the pool only 08:00–18:00. These facilities matter if room and pool time will form part of the trip.
Choosing a western base
This base fits days around TMG and Chuo Park with time inside the hotel. AFAR’s April 2026 review gives an overnight price scale from US$850; the actual rate varies with dates and room terms. Budget for lounge or spa use separately. For repeated eastern evenings or different rail lines, compare the hotel entrance with the gate you will actually use.
