The same capacity can mean different sleeping arrangements

Family Apartment has two single beds and a bunk bed in 40m²; Apartment (4 Single-Beds) has four singles in the same 40m². Japanese Apartment offers two singles and two futons in 42m². Floor area alone hides the question of who takes an upper bunk, sleeps on the floor or needs an individual bed. Assign each companion a sleeping place before choosing the room name.

The base earns its value at the dining table

A kitchen, dining table, IH stove, refrigerator, microwave and cooking tools let you prepare something simple after returning. FOW reads this as a base for coordinating companions’ eating and sleeping rhythms. It does not supply breakfast, a restaurant or room service; deliveries and takeaway are allowed. Decide whether arranging your own breakfast or going out for it fits the stay.

After the beds, plan the morning sequence

These three room types each list one washbasin, restroom and bathroom, with the washstand separate from the bath. If four people leave together, work through the washing and getting-ready sequence. There is no in-room washer-dryer; shared laundry means allowing for the trip and possible waiting when reusing clothes. Bring toothbrushes and slippers as requested, or ask reception if needed.

A child allowance does not add beds

Guests aged 7 or older at check-in count as adults. Up to two children aged 6 or under may share an adult bed; this does not add two beds. Check whether bunk use or getting up from a floor futon suits the party. Cribs and bed guards have limited inventory and age restrictions, so settle them with the property before relying on them. The Family Apartment’s precise layout cannot be selected.

Match the room choice to the actual booking

Compare four singles for four adults who need separate beds, Family when the bunk arrangement fits, and Japanese when companions can use floor futons comfortably. Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00; early access is not guaranteed. Rates change by date and cancellation terms belong to the chosen plan. Do not choose on apparent spaciousness alone if beds, movement or meals do not fit.

Weigh room space against the station approach

The address is 3-3-11 Nishishinjuku. The operator publishes an 8-minute walk from Tochomae Station on the Toei Subway. This is not a timed trip from a particular exit or platform: weigh the line you will use daily and the approach with luggage. Decide whether the kitchen and separate beds matter more than a smaller room nearer a station.
