The shop is on 3F of Sanko-do Building. The approach uses stairs from 1F to the 2F before the lift. The operator offers assistance by advance telephone contact when wheelchairs, strollers or luggage make help necessary. Confirm what help is available if stairs are difficult. Cafe service is suspended, so do not plan it as a drinks break.

Retail and events have separate terms

Regular retail runs Wednesday–Friday 12:00–19:00 and Saturday 11:00–19:00. Sunday and Monday are closed; Tuesday is listed for rental use rather than ordinary shopping. Events and special openings have separate notices. For a particular book, check the catalogue and stock. If the stairs or opening day do not suit, choose another shop.
