Nerikiri is a Japanese sweet shaped by hand from soft bean paste. An Tokyo lists 65 minutes of nerikiri making for ¥1,870, or 95 minutes combining nerikiri and matcha preparation for ¥2,870. The 125-minute course adds dry sweets called higashi, at a listed ¥4,360. Set aside time to participate, beyond ordering a cup of tea.
