Yamato's 38-seat Uehara shop works for a single bowl or a longer meal ending in soba. The branch's official feed names sweet omelette, charcoal-grilled beef skirt skewers and hot sesame-and-sansho kake soba. The operator also suggests sharing a large seiro of cold noodles.
