THE TUNNEL opened in Harajuku Quest's basement in March 2026 as a restaurant and music space. A concrete meal is the LA galbi set eaten by OMOHARAREAL's reporter in July 2026: ¥2,450 including tax for thin cross-cut, bone-in beef in a sweet-spicy soy seasoning, with rice, miso soup and side dishes. It gives the visit a food purpose even without an event.
WHERE · On foot from here
Which side of the station, and how far
North-west of Meiji-jingumae 'Harajuku' Station, about 70 m in a straight line from the station point. The position is the official address point and may differ from the entrance. The shaded areas are about 5 and 10 minutes on foot from here.
Walking bands are computed by FOW on the OpenStreetMap surface street network at 80 m/min and drawn as a smoothed approximate area around the streets reached. They ignore exit positions, station interiors, underground passages, signals, slopes and routes inside buildings — not directions; follow on-site signs.

Design underfoot and overhead
The opening organizer identifies DDAA/Daisuke Motogi's gold pipes, Nobuo Araki's floating floor and Hiroshi Nagai's tray liners. These connect the meal to the interior beyond a general design label. Dining with music in the room differs from attending a performance.
