MAIN MANO was opened in 2008 by Masato Mouri, whose French baking career included Hôtel de Crillon in Paris. Its name joins the French and Italian words for 'hand'. For a first visit that includes a meal, the clearest option is the bread lunch: ¥3,000, 10:00–14:00, limited to ten daily.
The set includes assorted bite-sized breads, a croissant made with AOP cultured butter, seasonal vegetable salad, homemade soup and a drink; bread refills are available. The official photograph shows a whole croissant among the cut breads, with soup and salad in separate dishes. The point is to alternate bread styles over a meal rather than choose one pastry. Children through sixth grade may share. Bread bought in the shop can also be eaten inside, offering a smaller alternative to the set.

A small café with payment before seating
Official room photographs show small square tables, warm brown chairs and dark wood panelling, with a parasol-shaded terrace beyond glass doors. The café takes no reservations and asks guests to pay before taking a seat. Dogs are welcome on the terrace.
