Toast in the morning, a raised pizza rim at dinner

YOU KNOW WHAT, formerly GOOD TOWN BAKEHOUSE, offers different reasons to come in the morning and evening. Breakfast, 9:00–11:00, includes homemade brioche with blueberry jam and ricotta at ¥1,320; avocado, coriander, red pepper and key lime toast at ¥1,430; or French toast with cheddar, smoked bacon and maple syrup at ¥2,200. With a ¥605 Americano, the brioche combination totals ¥1,925 and avocado ¥2,035.

Pizza uses Hokkaido wheat and wholemeal flour, naturally fermented for at least 24 hours at low temperature and baked hot and briefly. Its contemporary Neapolitan style raises a substantial cornicione—the rim—around the centre. The September 2026 menu prices tomato/mozzarella/basil Margherita at ¥2,145 and Devil's Salami, adding Neapolitan salami, red pepper and honey, at ¥2,640: a baseline alongside a spicy-sweet variation.
