LOCUL puts a record shop, florist, café and workplaces on Omokado’s fifth floor. JAZZY SPORT is both a label and a record retailer; its branch introduction invites visitors to handle and audition vinyl. PLAY from MUNSELL supplies flowers, while AT.1011 brings clothes and plants. A visit can move from listening to a record to browsing the neighbouring shops and sitting down for coffee.

Which side of the station, and how far
East of Meiji-jingumae 'Harajuku' Station, about 80 m in a straight line from the station point. The position is the official address point and may differ from the entrance. The shaded areas are about 5 and 10 minutes on foot from here.

From organ-led jazz to Japanese hip-hop
Two entries in JAZZY SPORT’s catalogue give the music a tangible starting point. Lyman Woodard Organization’s 1975 Saturday Night Special combines organ and electric piano with guitar, bass and percussion. The online catalogue on 19 October 2026 listed its BBE 2LP repress, including Creative Musicians, Joy Road and extra alternate mixes, at ¥11,000 including tax. The same catalogue listed Jambo Lacquer and Olive Oil’s ユーテルマ Pt.2 seven-inch at ¥2,400, backed with their 2025 track Push Play.
Coffee and a crêpe
Locul Cafe uses an ALLPRESS ESPRESSO blend. The posted July 2024 menu listed black coffee at ¥550 and a latte at ¥650. Savoury crêpes included ham, cheese, mayonnaise and lettuce at ¥850, or pastrami with sour cream and black-pepper sauce at ¥900. Sweet choices included sugar butter at ¥600 and banana, chocolate and whipped cream at ¥750. The menu’s ¥100 drink-set discount made a ham-and-cheese crêpe with a latte ¥1,400. There are 45 seats, including counter seating, within the broad shared interior.
Arrival and use
Find Tokyu Plaza Omokado 5F at 4-30-3 Jingumae, across the junction from Harakado. Public shops and the café generally open 11:00–20:00; café last orders are at 19:30. Café payment is cashless, with at least one order per person. Allow an estimated 20–30 minutes for records or 45–60 with coffee. Screenings and pop-ups need a dated event listing, and workplace access is separate.
