OIL by BIJUTSUTECHO on PARCO 2F is a gallery where exhibitions lead into artworks and art books for sale. Its 2026 presentation of Masaho Anotani’s Tempty Crowd Empty Cloud Service Everyday supplies a concrete example. His attention to nature and life's cycles takes physical form through drawing, scratching, pasting and carving. Paintings and drawings such as Wrong Order Real Love Distance (2026) and Enter Fluffy Cloud (2024) connect the remote world of cloud services with embodied experience.
WHERE · On foot from here
How far from the station, and which side
North-west of Shibuya Station, about 350 m in a straight line from the station area. The position is the official address point and may differ from the entrance. The shaded areas are about 5 and 10 minutes on foot from here.
Walking bands are computed by FOW on the OpenStreetMap surface street network at 80 m/min and drawn as a smoothed approximate area around the streets reached. They ignore exit positions, station interiors, underground passages, signals, slopes and routes inside buildings — not directions; follow on-site signs.

A sequence of pages or one framed image
Masaho Anotani’s ATMAN #1 offers one example of his printed work. The first issue, published in 2012, is a 21 × 14.8 cm, 24-page, full-colour offset zine. Moving through that small sequence of pages differs from standing before one painting on a wall.
The framed 2024 meditation me concentration print is described as ink on paper. It directs attention to a single image and its frame. Comparing the sequence in a zine with one image’s surface gives different ways to read or collect an artist’s work. For an artwork purchase, check edition, material, whether framing is included and delivery conditions as well as price.
Time for art and publications
Hours are generally 11:00–21:00, following PARCO closures. Allow an estimated 20–40 minutes for works and publications. Changeovers affect what can be seen, so choose a programme from the gallery’s calendar. For framed art, include delivery and a place on the wall in the purchase decision.
