Le Cinéma Shibuya Miyashita
Pause for curated cinema in the relocated Miyashita venue, with a shadow-carpet lobby and art-book corner.
Visit fitFor combining a film with the lobby setting around Miyashita. Allow travel time: admission after the screening starts is not permitted.
The 7F screen supports 35mm and 4K. Hideyuki Nakayama’s shadow-coloured carpet, NADiff books and small Deux Magots counters give time before a film its own interest.
After choosing a film, look at the shadow-patterned lobby carpet and art-book corner. Check the current location rather than travelling to the old Bunkamura cinema.

Le Cinéma Shibuya Miyashita has 268 seats on Toei Plaza's 7F and 187 on 9F. The 7F cinema supports 35mm and 4K, while the existing auditorium interiors were retained. Hideyuki Nakayama's studio covered lobby floors, walls, tables and lampshades with shadow-coloured carpet. NADiff selects books for LIBRAIRIE; small Deux Magots counters on both floors offer miniature tarte Tatin and original-blend coffee.
WHERE · On foot from here
How far from the station, and which side
North-east of Shibuya Station, about 90 m in a straight line from the station area. The position is the official address point and may differ from the entrance. The shaded areas are about 5 and 10 minutes on foot from here.
Walking bands are computed by FOW on the OpenStreetMap surface street network at 80 m/min and drawn as a smoothed approximate area around the streets reached. They ignore exit positions, station interiors, underground passages, signals, slopes and routes inside buildings — not directions; follow on-site signs.
