Music Bar Lion centres on a bar counter on GEMS Jingumae's seventh floor. Installer eastaudio's 2020 account describes sound-isolated windows, smoke vents and doors, Void Airten V2 main speakers and three Venu215 subs stacked vertically. Absorption was added after opening for clarity and conversation: a glass-fronted room designed to carry club-level bass.
In a 2025 interview, Rave Racers DJ CYBERHACKSYSTEM valued moving between listening, conversation and a pause at the counter. Director Daiki Shiroma explained the shift from a members' bar towards event-led operation as more organisers wanted to use it. House/techno and hip-hop/R&B nights coexist. Compared with ENTER's central booth downstairs, Lion puts more emphasis on meeting people around the counter.
WHERE · On foot from here
How far from the station, and which side
North of Shibuya Station, about 500 m in a straight line from the station area. The mark is a verified point, not the entrance. The shaded areas are about 5 and 10 minutes on foot from here.
Walking bands are computed by FOW on the OpenStreetMap surface street network at 80 m/min and drawn as a smoothed approximate area around the streets reached. They ignore exit positions, station interiors, underground passages, signals, slopes and routes inside buildings — not directions; follow on-site signs.
